Why we do this
Most health software available here was designed somewhere else. It assumes a stable connection, a record that is already digital, and a team that can stop to train.
A district hospital, a field worker, and a licence billed in euros do not share the same day. Software that ignores that stays a demo.
What we chose to do
Build from Douala, for teams who care for people with what they have. SantéLink+ has been in production since December 2025.
