Collect in Mobile Money, without changing your habits

PayFlowGeek is Nebulageek’s payment layer, the publisher of SantéLink+. One integration behind Orange Money, MTN, Stripe and PayPal, and every transaction followed in the same place.

Where payment sits inside SantéLink+

Four places where money already moves in your facility. PayFlowGeek plugs in without asking your teams to change software.

Collect a consultation fee

The Cash desk module offers Mobile Money at the counter or from the patient’s phone. The payment lands in the day’s till and reconciles on its own.

See the Cash desk module

Pay salaries

Payroll prepares Mobile Money transfers for your staff, with an approval before execution. This part is in production.

Pay your subscription

Your SantéLink+ subscription is paid through the same channel as your collections. No transfer to prepare, no trip to an agency.

Collect from your own application

If you have a site or an app, one server-side integration is enough to offer the same payment methods. SantéLink+ already works this way.

Dashboard

You see every payment, as it happens

The merchant back office is already live. The visuals reuse the real screen structure; the data is deliberately masked.

Transaction volume, the split between successful and pending payments, the number of apps and gateways configured, and service status. Everything on one screen.

See the documentation

The full list, filterable by status, gateway, application and period. Each row carries its internal and external reference, which makes accounting reconciliation possible.

See the documentation

One configuration per gateway type and per application. Secret keys are encrypted on the server and are never sent back to the interface.

Payment methods

What your patients actually use

Four configurable gateways. Their deployment state is stated without rounding, because promising early costs more than waiting.

Orange Money is in production. MTN Mobile Money is configurable. This is the payment method your patients already carry, and the one that empties the cash drawer.

See the documentation

Cards are accepted through Stripe. PayFlowGeek stores no card data; it only ever transits through Stripe. This gateway is currently in integration.

See the documentation

Useful for diaspora settlements and partners outside the zone. One hundred and thirty-four currencies on the Stripe side, twenty-four on PayPal. Gateway in integration.

Integration

A single integration, on the server

Your technical team connects PayFlowGeek once. Gateways are then configured from the dashboard, without another production release.

One call to start

Your server calls a single route to start a payment, whichever gateway is used. The response contains the settlement address to redirect the patient to.

See the documentation

The signed callback is authoritative

The final status arrives through a signed callback to your return address. A successful browser redirect is never enough to confirm a payment, and the documentation says so explicitly.

See the documentation

HMAC signature

Every exchange is signed with dedicated headers. Secret keys stay on the server and must never appear in a browser or a code repository.

See the documentation

Sandbox and production

Each gateway has its own mode. You test in sandbox, then switch to production gateway by gateway, without touching the code.

See the documentation

Several applications

One merchant account can carry several applications, each with its keys and its own return address. SantéLink+ already uses this for its environments.

See the documentation

One hundred and thirty-four currencies

One hundred and thirty-four currencies on Stripe, twenty-four on PayPal. The full list is available from the dashboard.

Our limits, stated clearly

What PayFlowGeek is not

A payment product that overstates its guarantees is caught at the first incident. Here is what we do not claim to be.

PayFlowGeek is not a bank and does not issue cards. We host no card data; that data only transits through Stripe, which bears the responsibility. We do not replace Orange Money, MTN, Stripe or PayPal. We orchestrate them behind a single integration, and each keeps its role and its terms.

We claim no licence and no certification that has not been officially issued, and there is no partner bank to display today. Features that are not available do not appear on this page: no recurring subscriptions, no automatic billing, no bank transfers, no GIMAC interconnection. When they exist, they will be announced here with their real deployment state.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often about payment.

Your facility. PayFlowGeek does not hold the funds. It triggers the payment at the operator you configured, then reports back. Settlement arrives on the Orange Money, MTN or Stripe account that carries your name, according to the gateway used.

The payment goes back to a pending status and the signed callback decides. Nothing is confirmed on a mere browser redirect.

Installation requires a server-side intervention, once, then everything is configured from the dashboard.

PayFlowGeek stores no card data. It only transits through Stripe.

Mobile Money works from a basic phone. The patient receives a confirmation request on their number.

Payment is an option. A facility can use SantéLink+ without enabling collection.
