Most health platforms assume a permanent connection. That is not the Cameroonian field. The workers' app records everything on the device, then syncs when the network returns. Each record carries a unique identifier, so no duplicate is created even if two workers enter the same household.
Captured data moves from Draft to Synced when the network returns. The worker sees the state of their day at any time, even offline.
